Property investment sales slow down in Q2
Investment sales in Singapore’s property market was quieter in the second quarter, compared to the first.
Property consultancy CB Richard Ellis said that just over 4 billion dollars of investment transactions were recorded for the three months to June.

Frasers Centrepoint to buy over Allco S’pore & stake in Allco REIT
Frasers Centrepoint, a unit of Fraser and Neave, says it’s buying 18 percent of Allco REIT and all of Allco Singapore, which manages the trust.
