Sim Siang Choon to acquire Chase Perdana for S$5m
SINGAPORE: Household fixtures company, Sim Siang Choon, is buying Malaysia-based construction firm, Chase Perdana, for S$5 million.
This comes shortly after the company announced in a filing to the Singapore Exchange that it was restructuring to enter the construction industry, which would complement its existing business.

Private home prices up 0.2% in Q2, slower than earlier estimate
