Sim Siang Choon to acquire Chase Perdana for S$5m
SINGAPORE: Household fixtures company, Sim Siang Choon, is buying Malaysia-based construction firm, Chase Perdana, for S$5 million.
This comes shortly after the company announced in a filing to the Singapore Exchange that it was restructuring to enter the construction industry, which would complement its existing business.
It said that Chase Perdana intends to drop its real estate business, leaving only its construction activities when the deal is completed.
The company said the transaction will be funded by cash and shares.
