Cambridge Industrial Trust’s Q2 distributable income up 54.9%
SINGAPORE: Cambridge Industrial Trust has reported a second quarter distributable income of S$12.4 million, up 54.9 per cent on-year.
That works out to a distribution of 1.56 cents a unit.

IMF: No end in sight to US housing market crisis
The International Monetary Fund said that the credit crisis stemming from the US housing slump has triggered a “negative feedback loop” in the global economy.

Lippo-Mapletree’s Q2 performance better than forecast

Singapore-listed Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust says the record high inflation in Indonesia is not having a great impact on its operations.
The trust today announced a distributable income of 15.9 million dollars for the second quarter.

Lippo-Mapletree books better-than-expected first half earnings
