BEIJING: Singapore’s Frasers Hospitality launched its flagship residence in Beijing in the midst of this year’s Olympics.
 
Called Fraser Suites CBD, Beijing, the service apartment is also Frasers’ first wholly-owned property in China.

Some 900 uncompleted private homes were sold in July, a 12-percent rise over June.
 
According to data released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority today, developers launched over 1,300 private homes last month.
 
Of these, 897 units were sold.
