Did ST check the source of he price of a unit in Tampines court? If the price is way off, ST should at least provide some indication, rather than justquote from the horse mouth By the way , according to http://www.hdb.sg, a unit of 146sq m has a sale value of $615,000. The Units of TC are much bigger, about 1700 sq ft
